Production of plastics and laminates

PU-RIM technology:

Reactoplastic material
Closed injection molding
No need for CNC machining
Own design technology (negative angles, holes, difference in wall thickness)
Molding (bolts, gaskets, metal lining, fiberglass, fabric reinforcement, other plastic reinforcement)
20% weight reduction
Polyurethane can be filled with microfiber
Moulds made of resin or aluminum

Good rigidity

Flexural modulus 400 ÷ 900 MPa

Excellent impact resistance

60 kJ/m² at 30°C

Excellent temperature resistance

3 mm SAG TEST (100 mm 1h at 120°C)

Good dimensional stability

90÷110×10-6/K

Excellent elongation at break
